Our driver Alexander was excellent. He had a sign and was waiting for us right outside. He was very courteous and helped with our bags. Cold water in cooler provides. Van was newish and large. I would definitely recommend again.

This was the easiest part of the trip. Our driver, Jonathan, was amazing and accommodating. He was patient, communicated well, and was on time for both pick up and drop off. They even provided ice as requested for our on board beverages. Would definitely recommend for large groups (we had 7 ladies in ours) and it was spacious, comfortable, and the AC was much blasting.

It was nice to have the private transfer from the airport to Playa del Carmen. It was easy to find our driver at platform C. I unfortunately forgot the name of our driver, but he was very informative on our trip down and was very friendly and helpful.

I booked a different service and had so much issues coming in from NY. The other company couldn't find our booking though I paid everything through Get Your Guide. I booked Corosan back in December 2024 and had never had any issues at all. I cancelled the other service and booked our return trip with Corosan.
